Aerodynamic Engineer with Drone Experience
On-site: Sevenoaks, UK
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience in aerodynamics, specifically related to drones or UAVs.
Proficiency in CAD software for aerodynamic design.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
For military applications certain security clearance levels may apply
Responsibilities
Design and optimize aerodynamic profiles for drones to enhance flight performance and efficiency.
Conduct wind tunnel testing and computational fluid dynamics simulations to analyze and improve drone aerodynamics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate aerodynamic solutions into drone designs.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in aerodynamics to drive innovation in drone technology.
